Scargill House, set in 90 acres of wonderful Wharfedale near the village of Kettlewell (about an hour’s drive from Bilton) is again the setting for our next parish weekend in September/October 2022, following a wonderful weekend of fellowship there in October 2019.
One of the great advantages of going to Scargill is that we will be joining with an existing faith community who make it their aim to serve guests and make their stay a really positive experience.
Our adult programme will be led by a guest speaker, while members of the community will lead our children’s work and this year our young people will have their own activities and workshops. There will be a good balance of input, free time and opportunities to get to know each other better, and our aim is that we come away from our time together refreshed, encouraged and having grown in fellowship.
